How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Stickeating Concrete wants to treat everyone fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Stickeating Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a contractor we connected you with
Problems With a Contractor
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first take it up with the contractor. Keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Contractors who keep falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Stickeating Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a contractor, or act for a contractor.
How to File
Email contact@stickeating.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the contractor
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The contractor's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what you want us to do
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may mean contacting the contractor. We will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help with licensed contractors.
